Then there's the Air Force space command logo, adopted in 1982.
And of course this one, activated in 1991.
According to various Star Trek fan sites the original Star Fleet delta emblem (seen on crew uniforms) was created in 1964 and was the inspiration for the original Air Force space command logo. I've also seen comments that the Starfleet logo didn't actually appear til the 90s, but I haven't been able to confirm that.
I'm guessing, though, that it won't be long til someone proposes that PDT should be impeached for copyright violation.
