A President who issues an executive order and then threatens to veto a bill that does the same thing.
That's right. President Obama delayed implementation by one year of parts of the PPACA (also known as Obamacare) that relate to the employer mandate, Congress has introduced a bill that would delay the implementation by one year of the same parts of the law and the President has announced that he will veto it if it passes.
Apparently the President can unconstitutionally refuse to implement a clearly written law and then get upset when Congress attempts to codify his unconstitutional actions. Interesting.
