Freedom of Information Act Denial Officer
The Department of Education has an employee whose job is to deny FOIA requests. How do we know? Well, that is the job title. And here I thought that the purpose of FOIA was to provide information to the people who pay for the government (that's us in case you were wondering).
Might want to rethink that one.
