It is time we take on the fight against sexual assault and sexual harassment as our primary mission.
Umm, I thought that the Army's primary mission had something to do with national defense, fighting wars, that sort of thing.
From their own website:
The Army exists to serve the American people, to defend the Nation, to protect vital national interests, and to fulfill national military responsibilities. Our mission is enduring: to provide necessary forces and capabilities to the Combatant Commanders in support of the National Security and Defense Strategies.
Not saying there isn't an issue, but "primary mission"? Seems to be a slight lack of communication. And maybe the setting of priorities.
