Ever worry about being falsely accused of pointing your gun at someone?

This fellow could use your help.  Read the story here at No Lawyers, Only Guns and Money blog, but the gist of it is, someone got Paul Lathrop's face while he was training a student driver, words were exchanged, and the aggressor in the situation called the police and accused Paul of pointing a gun at him.  The only witness, the student driver, says that he never saw a gun.  Paul has been charged with several felonies anyway.
