Russia in color, circa 1910

Thanks to the Captain for this amazing link.  Pictures from over a century ago, in color.  Made using three black and white pictures, each taken with a different colored filter, then combined, these are in the Library of Congress. The weird part is that these people are all long gone, even though the pictures look as though they were just taken.  So used to 100 year old pictures being black and white that it's hard to wrap the mind around them being as old as they are.
