This book is a heartfelt plea from an exhausted parent. The language is the last resort. It is what you think in your head but would never say to your child. Adam Mansbach has written what most parents, babysitters, aunts and uncles have thought at one point or another. You may tone down the language in your head if you aren't of a swearing bent, but the desire is the same.
I had to buy it, just to support the author for writing it down. It's worth the $10 and will resonate with your friends who have kids. Buy a copy now and laugh like mad as you read it.
